Reports, Input Forms and Dashboard migration

Just to confirm that what you see into Oracle FCCS and PBCS home pages will not be a migration and a dismissal but only:

• The finish of Oracle technical support on old technologies;
• The impossibility of creating new objects with old technologies.

Financial Reports created with old “Web Studio” technology will continue to exist. Oracle recommends to migrate from “Web Studio” to “Reports”. The tool for migration is already available in EPM Applications. “Reports” is the technology already in use in Narrative Reporting / EPRCS and I find it more and more simple and “user friendly” for our key-users. It will become the unified technology for Web Reporting on all Oracle EPM applications.

The same with Input Forms and Dashboard. Objects created on 1.0 technology will continue to exist, but without Oracle Support. From now on, every new Input Form or Dashboard will be created by default on 2.0 technology.
