For ambitious development plan of its Performance Management business and specifically:

  • Oracle FCCS implementations: Statutory and Managerial Consolidated financial statements;
  • Oracle HFM implementations: Statutory and Managerial Consolidated financial statements;
  • Oracle PBCS implementations: Planning & management reporting; ESG sustainability reporting;
  • Implementation of Oracle EPRCS: statutory and management reporting
  • Migration from on-premise systems to EPM Cloud systems;
  • User training and assessment in EPM tool use and engagement.

Experlab is looking for:

  • 2 senior consultants
  • 1 marketing & back office professional.

No.2 senior consultants profile:

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience on Oracle EPM projects in Finance processes listed above;
  • Strong interest for financial statements and management control;
  • Passion for technology and testing and releasing solutions;
  • Autonomy and ability to self-organize work;
  • Passion for management consulting;
  • Entrepreneurial mentality.

 

No.1 Marketing / Back-office profile:

  • Ability to organize seminars and events in person and/or online;
  • Networking and promotion skills;
  • Organizational and work planning skills.

All resources are interested in carrying out charitable and/or corporate volunteering activities.

Full time permanent contract for the two senior resources and part time for the back-office professional.

Fixed compensation, variable bonus, long-term loyalty to the development of EXPERLAB, career paths aimed at a horizon of responsibility for the EPM Business Unit and participation in the business activity.
