September is a good time to schedule the implementation of a consolidated financial statement application.
A project of this type, meeting the standards required by statutory regulations, can begin in October and go live between December and January, in time for the 2026 consolidated closing date.
Experlab’s preconfigured starter kit application includes:
1. A group chart of accounts in accordance with italian Directive VII or IFRS;
2. A connector to source ERP systems for data upload;
3. Automatic calculation, translation, and consolidation rules;
4. Journal and intercompany matching reports;
5. Explanatory notes and management report tables.
The application is being tested by reconstructing—including through on-the-job training and users support—two historical closings (December 24 or December 25, or December 25 and June 26), and all historical consolidation entries that need to be carried forward over time are being reconstructed.
