Today, we’re working on a recently acquired and live #EPM application. It was developed a year ago, but it’s already full of outdated structures and records, the result of a hastily conducted analysis that focused heavily on the existing model and paid little attention to business evolution.
In an EPM project, before technical implementation, we take a couple of weeks to conduct the analysis and translate the current and future business models into application solutions.
